Print Finishing Capabilities
| TIPPING | We can tip a wide variety of items to an extensive array of carrier pieces. This includes paper or plastic cards, magnets, metal keys and more. We can tip to a carrier, fold and spot glue all in line. We can fold first, then tip, then fold and spot glue. We can also diecut the carrier or cards and shrink wrap your pieces after tipping. We also have the ability and experience to keep your tipping job in zip sequence through the tipping process. |
| PERFECT BIND | We can PUR perfect bind from 1/16" to 2" thick, up to 11" x 15". We are most competitive on quantities from 1 up to 5,000. |
| FOLDER-GLUER | We can fold and glue a variety of pockets from standard 9 x 12,1 or 2 pockets to custom 6 page folders, with vertical and horizontal pockets. A price list is available for standard pocket folders. |
| COLLATING | We can collate up to 60 sheets at a time. We can also collate and stitch, collate, stitch and fold. |
| FOLDING | We can do all types of folding, including gate folding and small folding down to 1/2". In addition, we can spot glue in-line on our folder. |
| PLASTIC COIL | We can automatically punch and Plastic Coil bind on our 3 high speed fully automated machines. We can bind from 1/8" up to 2" in a variety of stock and custom colors. |
| WIRE-O | We can automatically Wire-o bind from 1/4" up to 1 1/4" book thickness. We also have a custom made feature on our punch to add a calendar hole in line! |
| DIECUTTING | We can diecut from 11 3/4" x 13 3/4" up to 29 1/2" x 41 3/4". We can automatically strip in line on our Bobst diecutter. |
| LAMINATING | We can laminate one sided from 1 to 3 mil gloss, matte, or soft touch. We also can laminate two sided from 1.4 mil up to 10 mil gloss, matte, or soft touch. We can handle sizes from 9 x 12 up to 28 x 40 and from .007 point up to 15 pt |
| EDGE SEAL LAMINATING | From 4x4 up to 27 1/2" x 39 1/2". |
| PUNCHING | We can automatically punch Wire-O, Plastic Coil, and GBC holes on sheets sized from 4" x 4" to 15" x 15" on our high speed punch. We can also punch smaller or larger sizes manually. |
| GBC | Available in many colors. They can also be custom printed on the spine. |
| DRILLING & ROUND CORNERING | We can drill from 1 to 7 holes at once! Round cornering is available in the following radius:1/8", 1/4", 3/8", 1/2" and a 45° angle cut. We can pad from 1/8" up to 3". |
| GLUING | We can spot glue in line on our folder with up to 6 pots of glue or a full line of glue. |
| REMOISTENABLE GLUE | We can apply straight line remoistenable glue in line. |
| DOUBLE-SIDED TAPE | We can add double sided tape inline on most of our processes. We can apply from 1/2" up to 1". We offer two types, permanent/permanent and permanent/removable. |
| SHRINK WRAPPING | We have two high speed shrink wrap lines to keep up with your delivery needs. We can also, batch count in line on our shrink wrapper. |
| HANDWORK | We can handle all kinds of handwork, fulfillment, and kitting projects. |
